Clive Whitehouse is a Partner in Accenture’s Customer Relationship Management practice and specializes in helping organizations use their customer information more effectively in order to create more profitable interactions with customers. Mr. Whitehouse is also responsible for Accenture's Customer Insight practice in the UK and coordinates the firm’s customer insight activities across Europe. Mr. Whitehouse has worked with clients across a variety of industries including retail and commercial financial services, high-street retailers, utilities and telecommunications. He has extensive experience in CRM and has helped companies develop customer strategies and operating models, design and implement marketing automation systems, perform customer segmentation studies, and develop sales force automation systems.
