Dan Holtshouse is a director of corporate strategy at Xerox Corporation, Stamford, Conn., and is leading a corporate-wide initiative in Xerox to help build a strategic focus on knowledge management. The focus on knowledge is expected both to enhance internal work performance and to guide the development of new products and services needed for customer knowledge environments. Holtshouse brings to this initiative extensive experience gained in the early 90s as a leader and change agent in the positioning of Xerox Corporation as "The Document Company" and the resulting emphasis on Document Knowledge and Document Services. He holds master's degrees in electrical engineering and business administration.
